| The Pennsylvania State Police Hazleton, are investigating the suspicious death of an unidentified white female discovered in Sugarloaf Township, Luzeme County on December 20, 1994. Her fully skeletonized remains were discovered on a steep embankment overlooking a water filled strip mine. This area of Sugarloaf Township is wooded and located approximately two miles from the West Hazleton exit, which is exit #145, of Interstate 81. Based on forensic examination, the body was probably at that location from six months to two years, most likely closer to eighteen months.
The victim was described as a white female and is believed to have between 34 and 47 year old. She stood between 5 feet, 1 inch and 5 feet, 4 inches tall with a medium build. The examination revealed that she was missing ten teeth prior to her death. What You Can Do:
