Case Facts:  The Pennsylvania State Police, Montoursville, are investigating the Homicide of 10 year old Joline Witt. On July 27, 1997, Muncy Boro Police Department conducted a missing person investigation. Authorities believe Witt was remove or left her mother’s residence located at 1 Grant Street in Muncy, between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. On September 6, 1997, her body was discovered by hikers in a wooded area off Sulphur Spring Road in Armstrong Township, Lycoming County.

 White Female — 10 Years of age

 5 Feet tall

 120 lbs.

 Long Brown Hair with Brown Eyes

 Small scar on her upper lip

 At time of her disappearance she was wearing bed clothes
